These events will focus on how we understand the purposes of a higher education and how these purposes are enacted in our teaching practices. Each year, a different graduate attribute will form the core of the symposium, and in 2012 the subject is student academic freedom and critical thinking. We are delighted to have Associate Professor Bruce Macfarlane of the University of Hong Kong as our keynote speaker for this year’s event. FURTHER INFORMATION HERE HERDSA welcomes new members.
